We take the time to listen carefully, learning about the style preferences, practical requirements, and unique aspects of each home before the design process even begins. This ensures that every element, from the initial layout to the final finishes, feels considered and purposeful. Once the design has been fully refined and approved, we plan the installation phase with equal attention to detail.
Minimising disruption is a key focus throughout, and our team works efficiently to ensure that each project is completed to the highest standard while maintaining a smooth, streamlined process. THE PROCESS
We pride ourselves on designing, handcrafting, and installing the highest quality bespoke furniture and storage solutions in Essex.
Step 1: Reach out to us
The first step of your journey is to reach out to us – we’d love to hear about your project ideas and find out if we can help you. This allows us to understand your wants and needs, and to answer any of your questions you may have. We’ll also take this opportunity to make measurements and to organise a design consultation.
Step 2: Design Meeting
We will get to work on the design as per your specifications. If you’ve opted to use our design & build package, you’ll receive high quality technical plans that allow you to visualise every aspect of your build. We will seek your feedback and input for any modifications, fine tuning all the details.
Step 3: Your Proposal
This is where the magic happens! We’ll procure the best quality materials and handcraft your build in our specialised workshop.
Step 4: Installation
Near the final stages of manufacturing, we’ll be in touch to organise a suitable date to install your bespoke furniture! We’ll send you a quick checklist in advance to make sure the installation process is completely seamless, and that any disruption is minimised.
Step 4: Post-Install Checkup
As part of our pride in providing excellent customer service, we will check in post-installation to ensure the final product has met your expectations and that you are satisfied!

During your design consultation, we will work together through every design aspect, including samples of various finishes, textures and colours available. We’ll also provide you with 3D CAD drawings so you can visualise the final result before making any commitment.
